About the Role:
Lunada Market in beautiful Palos Verdes, CA is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our crew! Whether you're running the register, stocking shelves, or helping customers find what they need, you'll play a vital role in keeping our market running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions, and provide friendly customer service at checkout
- Stock, rotate, and organize shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure product availability and freshness
- Greet and assist customers with questions, product locations, and a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles and work areas
- Receive and unload product deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock needs to management
- Follow all food safety, handling, and store safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
